Russian crypto exchange Latoken hacked by former “disgruntled employee”

The Twitter tale of Russian trade Latoken has been hacked by a hacker who has shared a recount on Twitter claiming the cryptocurrency trade is a scam.

Latoken is a crypto trade that became once founded in 2017 by the firm LAT Basis PTE and overseen by CEO Valentin Preobrazhensky.  The opinions of the trade catch have been overwhelmingly negative. In response to TrustPilot, 61% of LATOKEN opinions are negative and are reviewed with 2 out of 5 stars. Additionally, discussion board dwelling Bitcointalk has multiple users accusing the trade of being a scam.

The sizzling hack of Latoken’s Twitter tale resulted in multiple posts as nicely because of the manipulation of the official Twitter tale of Latoken’s DEX project, LADEX. One put up claimed that the crypto trade became once a scam and promotes misleading IEOs

“WARNING – THIS IS A SCAM EXCHANGE

They’re promoting scam IEOs.

They’re promoting IEOs promising whisper of 100% to 500%.

They’re dishonest and lying to founders and workers.

They’re misleading founders to mediate they’re going to catch a hit IEOs whereas it below no situations occurs.”

The hacker is allegedly an old school worker, who claims that the trade treats their workers unfairly and fires them for no motive. The hacker also accused the trade of trying to “scam money out of projects”. In one of the posts, the hacker shared a video all over which the CEO of Latoken is confirmed to be shouting at any person.

The official Twitter tale became once alerted to the tweets which catch since been deleted, and the next became once posted on Twitter:

“We’re reduction! Our Twitter had been compromised by a rogue worker, who had elephantine entry to the tale, and became once fired on Jan 24, 2022, for breaching the code of ethics and unprofessionalism. A entire lot of misleading tweets catch been made that we outright reject.”

The trade’s official Telegram tale also shared an update declaring that they imagine the hacker is old school work and that they’re eager with Twitter to sort out the problem.
